Was ist gespielt? Wem kann man trauen \u2014 den eigenen Sinnen, den M\u00e4chtigen, den Bildern, die man sieht? Shakespeares Hamlet ist kein St\u00fcck \u00fcber einen z\u00f6gernden Prinzen. Es ist ein St\u00fcck \u00fcber Macht und ihre Inszenierung, \u00fcber Geister und Ger\u00fcchte, \u00fcber das Theater als Spiegel und als Falle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studierende des Studiengangs Schauspiel Departments der Macromedia Universit\u00e4t University Berlin entwickeln gemeinsam mit ihren Lehrenden eine eigene szenische Untersuchung des Stoffes \u2014 keine Auff\u00fchrung im herk\u00f6mmlichen Sinne, sondern eine Befragung: Was bedeutet dieses St\u00fcck heute f\u00fcr junge Menschen, die in einer Welt aus Fake News, Selbstinszenierung und medialer Manipulation aufgewachsen sind?<br>Das Ensemble ist mehrsprachig. Gespielt wird auf Deutsch, Englisch und in den Muttersprachen der internationalen Studierenden. Verschiedene Genres und Spielweisen begegnen sich \u2014 chorisch, solistisch, dokumentarisch, performativ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devised theatre after Shakespeare &#8211; Power, Ghosts, Reality<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What is real? What is performance? Whom can you trust \u2014 your own senses, those in power, the images you see? Shakespeare&#8217;s Hamlet is not a play about a hesitant prince. It is a play about power and its staging, about ghosts and rumours, about theatre as mirror and as trap.<br>Acting students at Macromedia University Berlin, working alongside their teachers, develop their own scenic investigation of the material \u2014 not a production in the conventional sense, but an inquiry: What does this play mean today for young people who have grown up in a world of fake news, self-presentation, and media manipulation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ensemble is multilingual. Performance languages include German, English, and the mother tongues of the international students.
